Banana & Strawberry Breakfast Smoothie

This is a classic smoothie and my personal favourite.  This is one of the first smoothies I ever made when I purchased my blender.  It is quick and easy to make for beginners and you can make it your own by adding extra ingredients such as flaxseeds and a dash of honey for the natural sweetness.

The banana and the strawberry in this is a great way to start off your 5-a-day intake!

Makes: 1 serving
Preparation Time: 5 minutes



  1. Add your ingredients
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Serve chilled and enjoy

Top Tips

Add a dash of honey for addition sweetness or top with your favourite seeds to really make delicious!
