Melon & Apple Smoothie

This simple but delicious Melon & Apple smoothie makes for a great cleansing, detox drink, that is nice and light easily digestable and perfect for breakfast in hot climates. We’ve added flaxseed for extra nutrients and cinnamon for antioxidants.  I recommend choosing a honeydew melon for the sweet taste and health benefits as they are high in fibre and essential vitamins.
