Mango Lemonade Smoothie
This Mango Lemonade Smoothie is a fantastic one for the hot weather, combining tropical mango with refreshing lemonade. Using frozen mangos along with yoghurt gives a wonderfully thick smoothie (a thickie if you will) so you’ll need a spoon and not a straw. You can always add more lemonade if you want a runnier smoothie.
If you don’t have frozen mango, you can substitute it for pretty much any other frozen fruit you have.
Makes: 2 servings
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
- Frozen Mango Pieces, 2 cups
- Yoghurt, 1/2 cup
- Lemonade, 1/2 cup
Method
- Add all of the ingredients to your blender and blend until you have a thick consistency
- Scrape down the sides or add more lemonade if it’s too thick to blend together evenly
- Serve into a glass with a spoon as it’s probably far too thick to use a straw

Using frozen fruit in this recipe ensures that this stays nice and chilled. Great to treat the kids and their friends too!
