Rachel’s Açaí Berry Smoothie
This Açaí Berry Smoothie is one to add to your favourites. Made by foodbyrach, this smoothie is delicious as a breakfast smoothie or as an afternoon snack.
The açaí powder makes this smoothie such an inviting colour and the blueberries and banana work wonders with the coconut sugar and almond milk.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
- Banana, frozen, 1
- Frozen coconut milk cubes, 1 cup
- Blueberries, frozen, 1/4 cup
- Acai powder, 2 tablespoons
- Coconut sugar, 1 tablespoon
- Almond Milk, 1 cup
Method
- Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender
- Serve into a glass and top with granola
Top Tips
Using frozen coconut milk cubes are a great way to make sure this smoothie stays nice and chilled. Top with your favourite granola to really get your day off to a good start!
