Lucy’s Blackberry & Banana Smoothie Bowl is so simple to make, starts your day right and looks amazing!
At Smoothie School, we were lucky enough to have our very own smoothie bowl created for us by @lovefoodwithlucy. We were super excited when this came to us and we just had to try it for ourselves. We love making these bowls of goodness and you can really show off your skills when it comes to presentation!
Be sure to use frozen fruit where you can to make sure that the bowl stays nice and chilled. Perfect for summer mornings.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
- Banana, frozen, 1
- Blackberries, frozen, 100 grams
- Chia Seeds, 100 grams
- Milk, 100ml
Method
- Prepare your ingredients and add to blender.
- Blend until smooth, serve in your favourite smoothie bowl.
- Top with fresh fruit and seeds and add a garnish.
Top Tips
Add more milk if needed to get the texture just how you like it. Garnish with fresh fruit and a few mint leaves to really show off!
