The ever popular Banana & Mango smoothie is one of our favourites. So quick and easy to make, it is full off sweetness and a great way to add to your 5-a-day! I recommend using frozen fruit for this one as it is best served as chilled as you can!

Makes: 1 serving
Preparation Time: 5 minutes



  1. Chop your ingredients
  2. Add to blender and blend until smooth
  3. Serve and enjoy immediately

Top Tips

Try adding a sprinkle of flax seeds to give a bit of texture to the smoothie. Add a splash of milk if this is too thick!
