We enjoyed making this simple but effective drink that is packed with loads of healthy goodness. The nutrients and the vitamins from all the fruit is a great way to get some of your 5-a-day. It also looks appealing too!

Ingredients
- Blackberry, 1/2 cup
- Strawberry, 5
- Yoghurt, 2 tablespoons
Method
- Chop your ingredients, Blend until smooth, Serve and enjoy
Top Tips
If using fresh fruit rather than frozen, make sure they are super ripe so you don’t get that bitter taste!
