Jamie’s Frozen Fruit Smoothie

Jamie Oliver’s Frozen Fruit Smoothie has made it onto Smoothie School site as a simple but effective recipe.

Packed with fruit, this really does give you the step in the right direction you need for your 5-a-day.

Makes: 2 servings
Preparation Time: 5 minutes


  • Banana, 1 whole ripe
  • Frozen Fruit, 1 glass
  • Yoghurt, 2 heaped tablespoons
  • Oats, 1 small handful
  • Mixed Nuts, 1 small handful
  • Milk, 1 glass
  • Runny Honey, to taste


  1. Place the banana, frozen fruit and yoghurt into a blender and blend
  2. Add the oats and nuts and blend again
  3. Add your milk and blend until smooth
  4. Add more milk if it’s too thick. Add a little honey if you want more sweetness
