Zac Efron is well known for his dedication to fitness. His hard work was for all to see when starring alongside The Rock in Baywatch.

Towards the end of 2017, whilst promoting his new film at the time, The Greatest Showman, Zak posted a video to his Instagram showing his pre-red carpet smoothie ritual.

“This is the pre-red carpet spark smoothie that I’m whipping up right now”, he said, before showing each of the ingredients going into the mix.

Ingredients

Spinach, Handful
Kale, Handful
Blueberry, 1 tablespoon
Raspberry, 1 tablespoon
Avocado, 1
Banana, 1
Coconut Water, 1/2 cup
Almond Milk, 1/2 cup
Chia Seeds, 1 Tablespoon
Honey, A drizzle

Method

Add the spinach, kale and water to the blender and blend for a few seconds to combine.
Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
Add more coconut water or plain water to adjust the thickness of the smoothie.
