Plum & Blackberry Smoothie
This Plum & Blackberry Smoothie is so quick and easy – you can swap the blackberries for any other red or black fruit you have. We threw in an oat biscuit to make a slightly thicker smoothie. Blackberries are high in antioxidants and are really sweet when ripe.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
- Blackberry, 1/4 cup
- Plum, 1/4 cup
- Water, 1/2 cup
- Honey, 1 teaspoon
Method
- Chop and wash your ingredients
- Add to blender and blend until smooth
- Serve and enjoy
Top Tips
Make sure you use ripe blackberries to enhance the sweetness of this smoothie!
