This super healthy Apple & Kiwi Fruit smoothie is refreshing and quick to make. The combination works well, mixing a delicious sweet apple and a kiwi fruit that has a sweet and sour flavour to it. In addition you can add spinach that is full of fibre.
The optional spinach is a great addition to this smoothie, and try your favourite seeds too and curb that snacking desire!
