- Blueberry, 1/2 cup
- Almond Milk, 1/2 cup
- Non Fat Greek Yoghurt, 1/2 cup
- Flaxseed, 1 tablespoon
- Honey, 1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon
