Apple & Oats Breakfast Smoothie

This delicious Apple & Oats breakfast smoothie is another that is quick and easy. Experiment with your own favourite cereal in this simple but effective, keep-you-going, smoothie.

The oats in this recipe can be swapped for your favourite granola or museli and will fill you up while the apple will start you off towards your 5-a-day! Just be careful how much cereal you use or you’ll never get it through the straw!

Using different varieties of apples in this will change the flavour, so whatever you have in your fruit bowl, chop it up and give it a go!
